PhD in Air Transport and Airports from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 2022, master's degree in airport infrastructure from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in 2011 and graduated in civil engineering from the University of Vale do Paraíba (Univap) in 2005. I am currently working at the largest airport in Brazil in the Strategic Planning area since 2022. I participated as a researcher in project research for the InovaAC_SAC Project in the airport area and have more than 10 years of experience in the area of road infrastructure. Interest in the areas of airport infrastructure, commercial airport facilities, non-aeronautical revenue, customer experience, passenger satisfaction, artificial intelligence, hybrid models, neural networks, deep learning, fuzzy logic.
