Aline de Oliveira Coelho

Doutora em História das Ciências e Educação Científica pela Universidade de Coimbra (tese 'A promoção do novo Sistema Internacional de Unidades e a divulgação científica: como o marketing se insere na disseminação da cultura metrológica' - aprovada com mérito) e membro do Centro de Física da Universidade de Coimbra. Possuo graduação em Comunicação Social - Jornalismo (2005), pós graduação em História do Tempo Presente (2008) e MBA em Marketing Empresarial (2011). Sou analista executiva do Instituto Nacional de Metrologia, Qualidade e Tecnologia (Inmetro) desde 2010, lotada na área de Comunicação Social, onde sou chefe substituta desde março/21. Lá, estou à frente do processo de gestão das redes sociais institucionais e faço parte de projetos em comunicação científica e integrada. Ainda no Inmetro, já atuei na gestão da Diretoria Científica e em divulgação científica, pelo Centro de Capacitação. Previamente, tive experiências profissionais em assessoria de Comunicação para empresas e em veículos de imprensa de grande circulação.

Practice areas: Science Communication - Institutional Communication - Management in Science - International Projects I hold a PhD in History of Science and Scientific Education from the University of Coimbra and there I am a member of the Physics Centre. I have a degree in Social Communication - Journalism (2005), post-graduation in History of Present Time (2008) and MBA in Business Marketing (2011). I am currently an executive analyst at the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (Inmetro) since 2009 and currently work at the Social Communication Division, with management and projects in social networks, mainly, besides participation in integrated communication projects. I have experience in scientific promotion and management acquired in the Directorate of Scientific Metrology and Technology, where, as advisor to the board, I have worked in scientific promotion and marketing projects and international projects. Some examples are the participation of the working groups of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), from France; acting as a focal point for cooperation with the German National Metrology Institute (PTB) and meetings with the European Metrology Association (Euramet) and the institutes of Portugal and the United Kingdom, among others. At Inmetro, I also worked at the Learning Center with educational projects. Previously, I had professional experience in corporate communications advisory services and in widely circulated press vehicles.
