Robert SychA highly motivated, results-focused Associate Research Professor with over 20 years of radio astronomy experience (continued work at Siberian Solar Radio Telescope - SSRT). Excellent astrophysical, mathematical, data analysis and computer science (soft and hardware) base. Multi-year of research in the solar-terrestrial physics has focused on solve problem generation of spike microwave emission, evolution of active regions, prediction of power X-ray flares, developing oscillations process in solar coronal structures. Excellent knowledge of the modern methods of the numerical analysis (2D_Wavelet Solar cartography, EMD and CEOF analysis, Solar Soft). Independent development on IDL of the large software project - package Wavelet Transform Analyzer (WTA) as a analogous of the package Wavelet Toolbox of MATLAB system. Principle research coordinator of the data processing laboratory in the Institute of Solar Terrestrial Physics (Irkutsk). Strong leadership and successful team building capabilities. (16/08/2004)
