He is a CNPq productivity fellow (PQ-2) (2023-2026). Full professor and vice coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Administration at Universidade Paulista (Master's and Doctorate) (Capes 5). He served as coordinator of the Interinstitutional Master's Degree (Minter) held by the UNIP in Cacoal/Rondônia (2019-2022). The author of the administrative thesis elected by Capes was the best in Brazil in 2016. Winner of the CAPES THESIS AWARD 2017 in Public and Business Administration, Accounting and Tourism. Visiting Professor at Polytechnic of Pozega, Croatia (2022). Associate Editor of the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Journal (A3). Ad hoc reviewers for CNPq and several scientific journals and congresses in Brazil and abroad. Invited Expert of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2020, the largest study on entrepreneurial dynamics in the world. The leader of the Research Group on Social Approaches in Organizational Networks (PPGA/UNIP) and the researcher at the Research Center on Entrepreneurial Strategies and Organizational Networks (NUPERE/PUC Minas), both registered with CNPq. He is a theme leader in EnAnpad (2021-2023) and Semead (2023-current). He has led the organizational studies area of the Semead Doctoral Consortium (2018-2022). Coordinated research (2019-2022) funded by CNPq (Universal Call 2018 - Process 433381/2018-3) and the Research Incentive Fund - FIP / PUC-Minas. He worked mainly on the following topics: entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation, economic sociology (embeddedness), social networks, and social capital.

Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa sobre Abordagens Sociais em Redes Organizacionais (PPGA/UNIP) e pesquisador do Núcleo de Pesquisa em Estratégias Empreendedoras e Redes Organizacionais (NUPERE/PUC Minas), ambos cadastrados no CNPq. Atua como líder de tema no EnAnpad (2021-2023) e do Semead (2023-atual). Liderou a área de estudos organizacionais do Consórcio Doutoral do Semead (2018-2022).
