Taís Prass Cardoso

Doutoranda (bolsista PROSUC/CAPES) e Mestre em Diversidade Cultural e Inclusão Social, na linha de pesquisa de Inclusão Social e Políticas Públicas, Advogada, com inscrição na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil/RS, Graduada em Direito, todos pela Universidade Feevale. Pesquisadora com ênfase em: direitos das mulheres; gênero; políticas públicas; corporalidade; direitos humanos. Participou do grupo de pesquisa CNPq Efetividade dos Direitos e Poder Judiciário e do grupo de pesquisa CNPq Metropolização e Desenvolvimento Regional, e, atualmente, está vinculada ao grupo de pesquisa CNPq em Design, bem como do grupo Pesquisa Gorda, que reúne pesquisadores dos estudos do corpo gordo. Foi Presidente da Comissão da Mulher Advogada da OAB/RS da Subseção Taquara (2018-2021) e atuou como Assessora Jurídica municipal. Atual representante discente do Conselho de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu ? CONPPG da Universidade Feevale.

PhD student and Master in Cultural Diversity and Social Inclusion, in the line of research on Social Inclusion and Public Policies, Lawyer, registered with the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil/RS (Brazilian Bar Association), Graduated in Law, all from Feevale University. Researcher with emphasis on: women's rights; gender; public policy; corporeality; human rights. She participated in the research group CNPq Effectiveness of Rights and the Judiciary and the research group CNPq Metropolization and Regional Development, and is currently linked to the research group CNPq in Design, as well as the research group Pesquisa Gorda, which brings together researchers from the studies of the fat body or Fat Studies. She was President of the Women's Lawyer Committee of the OAB/RS of the Taquara Subsection (2018-2021) and served as a municipal legal advisor. Current student representative of the Council for Research and Post-Graduation Stricto Sensu - CONPPG of Feevale University.
