Talita Dal'Bosco Re

Talita Dal'Bosco Re is a Civil Engineer and Architect and Urban Planner, Master in Structures and Civil Construction from the University of Brasilia (2020) and International Master BIM Manager by Zigurat and Universidad de Barcelona (2020). She holds a post-graduate degree in Executive MBA in Strategic Cost Management, post-graduate degree in Auditing, Appraisals and Engineering Expertise, and post-graduate degree in Architecture, Construction and Sustainable Building Management. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has worked in project design, construction management of multi-story buildings, planning and cost control of medium-sized construction projects for the private and public sectors, as well as inspection of public works. In 2015 she joined the technical staff of the National Fund for Education Development - FNDE / MEC and in 2020 assumed the position of General Coordinator of Educational Infrastructure contributing to the improvement of educational infrastructure of institutions of early childhood education and elementary school in the country. As manager at FNDE, she started the work that will lead the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modelling) in the government agency. Throughout her professional career she has also been a professor at the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Cuiabá teaching the following subjects: 1 - Project Workshop I; 2 - Project Workshop III; 3 - Installations and Equipment I; 4 - Structural Systems II and at the School of Civil Engineering at Fasipe teaching the subject Introduction to Civil Engineering. Currently she is a PhD student in Civil Engineering at the University of Minho concentrating her research line in the Process Management of Public Works with support of BIM technology (Building Information modelling) and Public Management and Educational Policies.

Talita Dal?Bosco Re é Engenheira Civil e Arquiteta e Urbanista, mestre em Estruturas e Construção Civil pela Universidade de Brasília (2020) e International Master BIM Manager pela Zigurat e Universidad de Barcelona (2020). Possui pós-graduação em MBA Executivo em Gestão Estratégica de Custos, pós-graduação em Auditoria, Avaliações e Perícias de Engenharia e pós-graduação em Arquitetura, Construção e Gestão de Edificações Sustentáveis. Com mais de 15 anos de experiência profissional, atuou em atividades de elaboração de projetos, gerenciamento de obras de edifícios de multi-pavimentos, planejamento e controle de custos de obras de médio porte para o setor privado e setor público, bem como fiscalização de obras públicas. Em 2015 integrou a equipe técnica do Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação ? FNDE/MEC sendo que em 2020 assumiu o cargo de Coordenadora-Geral de Infraestrutura Educacional contribuindo para a melhoria da infraestrutura educacional de instituições de educação infantil e ensino fundamental do país. Enquanto gestora no FNDE, iniciou os trabalhos que conduzirá a implementação do BIM (Building Information Modelling) na autarquia. Ao longo de sua carreira profisional, também foi professora de ensino superior na Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de Cuiabá ministrando as seguintes disciplinas: 1 - Atelier de Projeto I; 2 - Atelier de Projeto III; 3 - Instalações e Equipamentos I; 4 - Sistemas Estruturais II e na Faculdade de Engenharia Civil da Faculdade Fasipe ministrando a disciplina de Introdução à Engenharia Civil. Atualmente é doutoranda em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade do Minho concentrando sua linha de pesquisa na Gestão de Processos de Obras Públicas com apoio da tecnologia BIM (Building Information modelling) e Gestão Pública e Políticas Educacionais.
