Jonathan Matias Palma Olate

Jonathan M. Palma (november 3, 1989). Ph.D. student (Advisor Ricardo C. L. F. Oliveira and Co-Advisor Cecilia F. Morais) developing researches mainly in the areas of control theory, stability analysis and design of linear parameter-varying (LPV) systems and Markov jump linear systems. Another research concern is to minimize of the "gap" between the state of art in control theory and industrial application, such as protocol for energy-efficiency in networked control systems, combustion systems using optical instrumentation and grid-connected converters. Additional investigative interest are the stochastic modeling of digital networks and real-time LPV identification.
