Alex Douglas Meaux Dias Rodrigues

Alex Meaux holds a master's degree in International Relations from the Graduate Program in International Relations (2016) at the Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB). He holds a degree in Law (2010) and in International Relations (2013) from the aforementioned Institution of Higher Education. He is also a specialist in Fundamental Rights and Democracy (2013) and Municipal Public Management (2022) by UEPB, specialist in Education in Human Rights (2015) by the Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), specialist in Applied Constitutional Law (2017), Criminal Law (2019) and in Criminal Procedural Law (2019), by Damásio Educacional and specialist in contemporary international relations by Unipampa (2023). Professionally, he has already worked as Assessor of the Public Prosecutor, at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the 2nd Jury Court of the District of João Pessoa, Paraíba (2012-2016). He was also Advisor to the Public Prosecutor (2016) and is currently Advisor to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Public Ministry of the State of Paraíba, working in the Office of the 5th Public Prosecutor. He has experience in the area of Public Law, especially in Human Rights, Constitutional, International, Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law. In the field of International Relations, he has worked in the field of international cooperation (2011-2012), having held the position of Advisor in the Coordination of International Relations at the Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB).

É mestre em Relações Internacionais pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Relações Internacionais (2016) da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB). Possui graduação em Direito (2010) e em Relações Internacionais (2013) pela precitada Instituição de Ensino Superior. Também é especialista em Direitos Fundamentais e Democracia (2013) e Gestão Pública Municipal (2022) pela UEPB, especialista em Educação em Direitos Humanos (2015) pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), especialista em Direito Constitucional Aplicado (2017), Direito Penal (2019) e em Direito Processual Penal (2019), pela Damásio Educacional e em Relações Internacionais contemporâneas pela Unipampa (2023). Profissionalmente, já desempenhou funções como Assessor V de Promotor de Justiça, na Promotoria de Justiça do 2º Tribunal do Júri da Comarca de João Pessoa, Paraíba (2012-2016). Também foi Assessor IV de Procurador de Justiça (2016) e hoje é Assessor III de Gabinete de Procurador de Justiça no Ministério Público do Estado da Paraíba, atuando no Gabinete do 5ª Procurador de Justiça. Possui experiência na área do Direito Público, especialmente nos Direitos Humanos, Direito Constitucional, Internacional, Penal e Processual Penal. No âmbito das Relações Internacionais, já atuou na área da cooperação internacional (2011-2012), tendo exercido o cargo de Assessor na Coordenadoria de Relações Internacionais da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB).
