Rafael Augusto Magalhães Ferreira

Graduated (2013) and master's (2015) in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2018) in the area of ​​Energy and Sustainability. Postdoctoral fellow in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, working on the development of models embedded in thermal imagers (2019). Experience in research projects in the area of ​​quantitative thermography and mathematical modeling of thermal phenomena. Currently is Adjunct Professor (class C, level I) of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Permanent Professor accredited by the Postgraduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, member of the Management Committee of the Centro Multiusuário de Termografia Científica (CEMTEC), and participates as a researcher in the group of Renewable Energies and in the Thermometry Laboratory (LabTerm) of the same institution.

Possui graduação (2013) e mestrado (2015) em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Doutor em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2018) na área de Energia e Sustentabilidade. Foi pós-doutorando em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, atuando no desenvolvimento de modelos embarcados em termovisores (2019). Possui experiência em projetos de pesquisa na área de termografia quantitativa e modelagem matemática de fenômenos térmicos. Atualmente é Professor Adjunto (classe C, nível I) do Departamento de Engenharia Mecânica da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Professor Permanente credenciado junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, membro do comitê gestor do Centro Multiusuário de Termografia Científica (CEMTEC) e participa como pesquisador no grupo de Energias Renováveis e no Laboratório de Termometria (LabTerm) da mesma instituição.
