Aline Pereira de Oliveira

Aline Pereira de Oliveira holds a bachelor?s degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Sao Paulo (2014), a Master?s Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of Sao Paulo (2017), a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of Sao Paulo (2022), and between 2019 - 2022 she was visiting scholar at the College of Arts and Science of the University of Cincinnati (USA). She is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of Sao Paulo. She has experience in Analytical Chemistry, working mainly in the elemental enrichment of agricultural products and analysis of biological samples and foods by F AAS, GF AAS, ICP OES, ICP-MS, HPLC-ICP-MS and LIBS applied to studies to determine the total content of elements, chemical speciation, elemental bioaccessibility, elemental mapping and imaging and evaluation of food enrichment with essential elements.

Bacharel em Química (2014), Mestre em Ciências (área de concentração: Química Analítica, 2017) e Doutora em Ciências (área de concentração: Química Analítica, 2022) pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP). Atualmente é Pós-Doutoranda no Instituto de Química da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Durante o doutorado realizou estágio de pesquisa (2019-2021) no Departamento de Química da University of Cincinnati (UC, Estados Unidos). Tem experiência em Química, com ênfase em Química Analítica, atuando principalmente no enriquecimento elementar de produtos agrícolas e análise de amostras biológicas e alimentos por F AAS, GF AAS, ICP OES, ICP-MS, HPLC-ICP-MS e LIBS aplicadas à estudos de determinação dos teores totais de elementos, especiação química, bioacessibilidade elementar, mapeamento e imageamento elementar e avaliação de enriquecimento de alimentos com elementos essenciais.
