Jeferson Carvalho Alvarenga

Jeferson Carvalho Alvarenga holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Management, Production and Environment (2019), Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (2015), Master in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Management, Production and Environment (2015 ), Specialist in People Management by the Federal University of Itajubá (2012) and Bachelor of Theology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2010). Jeferson is a Researcher in the Post-Graduate Program in Civil Engineering at the Fluminense Federal University, producing scientific articles on Leadership, People Management, Project Management, Organizational Management and Sustainability. He has experience in teaching, acting as professor in the areas of Philosophy and Sociology and also Management, Leadership and Strategy. He also has experience in leadership and management of ecclesiastical and non-governmental institutions, acting as president, supervisor and strategic and financial manager.

Jeferson é pesquisador nos campos de Liderança, Gestão de Pessoas, Gerenciamento de Projetos, Gestão Organizacional e Gestão Estratégica, nos quais também experiência como docente.
