Possui mestrado em Ciências de Florestas Tropicais pelo Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia (2016). Tem experiência na área de Etnobotanica e etnoecologia de sistemas agroflorestais, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: gestão territorial e agrobiodiversidade junto aos povos indígenas
She is currently an Indian and adviser on Territorial and Environmental Management Plan in indigenous lands. Has experience with indigenous, riverine, quilombola and peasant peoples. It operates with grassroots articulation processes, aimed at guaranteeing social and environmental rights and self-management in traditional communities. He teaches subjects in the field of agroecology in technical courses, as well as workshops on the use and processing of food.
He holds a master's degree in tropical forest science from the National Institute for Amazonian Research (INPA), where he studied the management practices of the traditional Guanará SAF systems in the region and the ethnicity that domesticated the plant. She has a technical background in agroecology from the "Nova Iguaçu Agroecology School", a popular initiative of CPT (Pastoral da Terra) and EMATER-RJ.
