Possui graduação em Medicina pela Fundação Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (1979). Doutora em Medicina - cirurgia. Ocupa a 32ª cadeira da Academia Sul-Riograndense de Medicina, é diretora do Centro de Cirurgia Reconstrutiva de Porto Alegre. Atualmente é médica credenciada do Hospital Moinhos de Vento. Tem experiência na área de Medicina, com ênfase em Cirurgia Plástica Estética e Reconstrutiva e Mastologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Cirurgia da mama (oncológica e estética) e cirurgia do contorno corporal. Tem habilitação em videolaparoscopia e microcirurgia.
She graduated in Medicine from Fundação Universitária Federal do Rio Grande (1979) with a PhD in Medicine - Surgery. She occupy the 32ª chair of the Academia Sul-Riograndense de Medicina and is director of the Center of Reconstructive Surgery of Porto Alegre.She is currently a physician at Hospital Moinhos de Vento. She has experience in Medicine, focusing on Esthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Mastology, acting on the following subjects: breast surgery (oncological and esthetic) and body contour surgery. She has expertise in video laparoscopy and microsurgery.
