Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Viçosa, Rio Paranaíba campus (UFV / CRP). She held a postdoctoral position at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences of the University of São Paulo (ICMC / USP), a Master's and PhD degree in Hydraulic Engineering and Sanitation at the University of São Paulo, São Carlos campus (SHS - EESC / USP), and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). She completed an internship period at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (UNESCO -IHE) and an internship period at the country at the Brazilian Centre for Monitoring and Early Warnings of Natural Disasters (MCTI / CEMADEN) during her PhD. She focuses mainly on the following themes: Multiobjective Optimization, Hydrological modelling, Flood Forecasting, Volunteered Geographic Information, SWMM Model.
Atualmente é Professora Adjunta da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, campus Rio Paranaíba (UFV/CRP). Possui pós-doutorado pelo Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação da Universidade de São Paulo (ICMC/USP), Mestrado e Doutorado em Engenharia Hidráulica e Saneamento pela Universidade de São Paulo, Campus de São Carlos (SHS - EESC/USP) e Bacharelado em Engenharia Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Realizou um período de doutorado sanduíche no IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (UNESCO -IHE) e um período de doutorado sanduíche no país no Centro Nacional de Monitoramento e Alerta de Desastres Naturais (MCTI/CEMADEN). Atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: Otimização, Modelos de Previsão Hidrológica, Previsão de Enchentes, Informações Geográficas Voluntárias, Modelo SWMM, Estimativa da Precipitação.
