Jefferson Fernando Coelho Rodrigues Júnior

Doutorando em Ciências do Esporte pela UFMG. Atualmente é Docente substituto da Universidade Federal do Maranhão com as disciplinas de Aprendizagem e desenvolvimento motor, Handebol, Esportes Radicais e Treinamento desportivo I e professor da Universidade Estadual do Piauí, com a disciplina de Atletismo e Basquete. Possui graduação em Educação Física pela Universidade Federal do Piauí (2016) e Mestrado em Educação Física pela Universidade Federal do Maranhão (2019). Atuou como docente na Universidade Federal do Maranhão no curso de Educação Física (2019 -2021). Atuou como preparador físico da assessoria Clube de corrida do Piauí (2013 -2017). Atuou como Fisiologista no Esporte Clube Primeiro Passo Vitória da Conquista e Fluminense de Feira Futebol Clube durante o campeonato Baiano (2018), Trabalhou no PET-Saúde na unidade "CAPS-SUDESTE" no ano de 2015, ainda durante o mesmo ano, foi Monitor Bolsista no projeto BIAE na Universidade Federal do Piauí, na modalidade Atletismo. Participa do Laboratório de Fisiologia do Exercício (LAFISE). Tem experiência na área de Educação Física, com ênfase em Fisiologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: aclimatação, termorregulação e exercício físico, fisiologia do exercício, adaptações agudas e crônicas, periodização e variáveis do treinamento e composição corporal. Tem experiência na área de Educação Física, com ênfase no sistema cardiovascular, prescrição de exercício físico para cardiopatas, visando melhoria da qualidade de vida.

PhD student in Sports Science at UFMG. He is currently substituted Professor at the Federal University of Maranhão with the disciplines of Learning and motor development, Handball, Extreme Sports and Sports Training I and professor at the State University of Piauí, with the discipline of Athletics and Basketball. He has a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Piauí (2016) and a Master's in Physical Education from the Federal University of Maranhão (2019). He served as a professor at the Federal University of Maranhão in the Physical Education course (2019 -2021). He worked as a physical trainer for the Piauí Racing Club (2013-2017). He worked as a Physiologist at Esporte Clube Primeiro Passo Vitória da Conquista and Fluminense de Feira Futebol Clube during the Bahia championship (2018), He worked at PET-Saúde at the "CAPS-SUDESTE" unit in 2015, also during the same year, he was Monitor Scholarship holder in the BIAE project at the Federal University of Piauí, in the Athletics modality. He participates in the Exercise Physiology Laboratory (LAFISE). Has experience in the area of Physical Education, with emphasis on Physiology, has worked mainly on the following topics: acclimatization, thermoregulation and physical exercise, exercise physiology, acute and chronic sequences, periodization and measurement of training and body composition. He has experience in the area of Physical Education, with emphasis on the cardiovascular system, prescription of physical exercise for cardiac patients, aiming at improving the quality of life.
