Jose Roberto Neffa Sadek

Graduado em Comunicações e Artes pela Universidade de São Paulo (1980) e em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Mackenzie (1980), Mestre em Ciências da Comunicação pela Universidade de São Paulo (1985). Artista convidado pela Fulbright na Tisch School for the Arts, New York University. Doutor em Comunicações pela Universidade de São Paulo (2006). Secretário Adjunto da Cultura na Cidade de São Paulo de 2005 a 2012. Publicou o livro "Telenovela: um olhar do cinema" (2008). Diretor executivo da Organização Social de Cultura APAA - Associação Paulista dos Amigos da Arte. De 2015 a 2016, Secretário Adjunto de Cultura do Estado de São Paulo. Secretário da Cultura do Estado de São Paulo de 2016 a 2017. Professor dos Cursos de Cinema, de Cinema de Animação, de Pós Graduação no Centro Universitário Armando Álvares Penteado desde 2008. Conteudista da disciplina Estetica e Produção de Séries e Web Séries e coordenador geral do Curso de Pós Graduação a Distância Processo Criativos e de Gestão da Indústria Cinematográfica, produção conjunta FAAP-UOL, 2022-23.
