PhD and Master's Degree in the Metallurgy and Materials engineering program at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS, where he develops research in the fields of Surface Engineering, Tribology, Instrumentation and Oil-hydraulic Systems. Also is Master's Degree in Mechatronics from the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina - IFSC. Specialization in Psychopedagogy from Castelo Branco University and graduation in Technology in Industrial Automation from the University of the Extreme South of Santa Catarina. Currently is coordinator of the Laboratories of Automation and Simulation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems - LASPHI and Surface Engineering and Tribology Laboratory - LAEST. For some years he has been acting as a professor in the Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems discipline of the Mechanical Engineering course at the University center - UNISATC. He guides undergraduate course conclusion work in areas in which he has experience and works, such as Automation, Instrumentation, Metrology, Tribology, Surface Engineering and Inovattion.
