Yoxara Sánchez Villamizar
I am a Ph.D. in Physics (2023) and a Master's degree holder (2019) in Physics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. During my master's and doctoral studies, my specialization was in particle physics, with a focus on the theory and phenomenology beyond the Standard Model and collider physics. Additionally, I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics (2016) from the University of Los Andes, Venezuela, with a solid background in solid-state physics. Currently, I hold a position as a postdoctoral researcher in the SPRACE group, in collaboration with UFABC. My research revolves around the study of dark matter at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Through my affiliation with the SPRACE group and my extensive experience as a postdoctoral researcher, I have gained profound knowledge of the latest concepts and advancements in the field of particle physics.
