Atualmente estou como Superintendente de Políticas Públicas LGBTI+ da SEDSODH - Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social e Direitos Humanos - ID Funcional 50934139 - atuando na coordenação do Programa Rio Sem LGBTIfobia, atuando desde 2009 por vários cargos. Estou na Coordenação adjunta e preceptoria do Curso de Mestrado Profissional Direitos Humanos, Justiça e Saúde: Gênero e Sexualidade - DIHS - Direitos Humanos e Saúde da FIOCRUZ - turma 2020. Preceptoria na Especialização em Gênero e Sexualidade no DIHS - turmas 2021 e 2022, exercendo a Coorientação de alunos . Fui coordenador do Centro de Cidadania LGBT Baixada I - Duque de Caxias - fevereiro de 2010 até abril 2018 - Um Programa Estadual de Políticas voltado ao atendimento da população LGBTI+ bem como seus familiares e amigos que tenham sofrido algum tipo de violência LGBTIfóbica ou tenha sido discriminado devido a sua orientação sexual e/ou identidade de gênero. Além das questões voltadas a sua cidadania, direitos civis ou a sua dignidade. Estive em 2018 como Educador de Pares do Projeto PrEP - Brasil do Ministério da Saúde e FIOCRUZ - fazendo parte da 1ª equipe da América Latina - O ImPrEP, Projeto para Implementação da Profilaxia Pré-exposição ao HIV no Brasil, no México e no Peru. Trabalhando com a população de travestis e transexuais na Baixada Fluminense e a população em situação de rua e de vulnerabilidade social. Trabalho paralelamente com a academia e me Especializei em algumas áreas tais como: Direito do Trabalho e Previdência - Especialista em Gênero e Sexualidade - Especialista em Direito e Saúde - Especialista em Promoção da Saúde e Desenvolvimento Social e terminando há poucos meses a Especializando em Movimentos Sociais e Direitos Humanos na UFRJ-NEPP e Cursou o Mestrado em Educação, Cultura e Comunicação em Periferias Urbanas na UERJ-FEBF. Fui eleito Vice-Presidente do Conselheiro Estadual do CE-LGBT - pela SEDSODH ano 2021/2023. Fui Conselheiro do poder público municipal na defesa dos Negros e na Promoção da Igualdade Racial e Étnica de Duque de Caxias - COMDEDINEPIR - por dois biênios.
