Felipe Fina Franco

Master in Ecology and Conservation of Natural Resources at the Federal University of Uberlândia (2015-2017). Graduated in Biological Sciences Licenciature (2013) and Bachelor (2014) by Federal University of Uberlândia, with scientific initiation and CNPq project in Urban Ecology and Reproductive Behavior of burrowing owl (2013-2014). Interest in ecology, animal behavior, animal biology and zoology. In 2009, a five-month internship at the Veterinary Hospital of UFU, in the diet and welfare of wild animals. In 2011, a two-month internship at the Ribeirão Preto Zoo in the management, behavior, diet and animal welfare sectors. Training in the laboratory of small mammals of the UFU for 5 months. Internship of Laboratory of Ornithology and Bioacoustics (LORB), with the group of urban ornithology (GROU). Environmental Consulting in the area of ​​Ornithology and Herpetology in the region of Minas Gerais and Goiás (2012). Research with distribution, reproduction and animal behavior of burrowing owl (2011-2017).

Mestre no Programa de Pós-graduação em Ecologia e Conservação de Recursos Naturais na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (2015-2017). Graduado em Ciências Biológicas Licenciatura (2013) e Bacharelado (2014) pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, com iniciação científica e projeto CNPq em Ecologia Urbana e Comportamento Reprodutivo de coruja buraqueira (2013-2014). Interesse em ecologia, comportamento animal, biologia animal, zoologia e educação. Estágio de cinco meses no Hospital Veterinário da UFU, no setor de alimentação e cuidado de animais silvestres (2009). Em 2011, estágio de dois meses no Zoológico de Ribeirão Preto nos setores de manejo, comportamento, nutrição e bem-estar animal. Auxiliar de campanhas de levantamento de fauna nas áreas de Ornitologia e Herpetologia na região de Minas Gerais e Goiás (2011). Estágio no laboratório de pequenos mamíferos da UFU por 5 meses, e no laboratório de ornitologia e bioacústica, com o grupo de ornitologia urbana (GROU) por 2 anos e meio, com alguns projetos sobre distribuição, reprodução e comportamento animal de coruja buraqueira. Professor em alguns colégios estaduais, municipais e particulares desde 2013, além de ministrar uma disciplina (Ecologia de Populações) na graduação de Ciências Biológicas (UFU) durante um semestre.
