Carolina Ruiz de Macedo

Doutoranda do Programa de Pós-graduação em Comunicação Social da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL), mestra em Cultura e Sociedade pela UFBA (2010), especialista em Jornalismo & Mídia pela FACSUL (2008) e graduada em Comunicação Social - Rádio e TV pela UESC (2006). Professora Assistente do curso de Comunicação Social - Rádio e TV da UNEB (Campus XIV), onde ministra as disciplinas da Área de Imagem com foco em Cinema e Fotografia; coordena o Projeto de Ensino e Extensão Imersões Fotográficas: perspectivas imagéticas do Território do Sisal, desde 2013; coordena o Cineclube 7ª na Terça, desde 2018; organiza e realiza curadoria de exposições fotográficas e instalações artísticas, desde 2009; coordenou o Projeto de Extensão Cine-Mão: implantação e gestão de acervo e grupo cinematográfico na UNEB, entre 2010 e 2014; desenvolveu o Projeto de Pesquisa Representações Identitárias da Região Sisaleira no Audiovisual Baiano (1960 ? 2010), entre 2011 e 2017, com orientação de bolsistas de Iniciação Científica; coordenou o Colegiado de Comunicação Social - Rádio e TV, entre 2016 e 2017; coordenou a Área de Imagem do Departamento de Educação, entre 2010 e 2013; coordenou o Núcleo de Pesquisa e Extensão, entre 2011 e 2014; integrou a Comissão de elaboração do projeto de Redimensionamento do Curso de Comunicação Social - Rádio e TV, entre 2010 e 2012; e presidiu a Comissão de Renovação do Reconhecimento do Curso de Comunicação Social - Rádio e TV UNEB, entre 2017 e 2018. Atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: cinema documentário, fotografia e identidade cultural.

Master in Culture and Society by UFBA (2010), specialist in Journalism & Media by FACSUL (2008) and graduated in Social Communication - Radio and TV by UESC (2006). Assistant Professor of the Social Communication - Radio and TV course at UNEB (Campus XIV), where she teaches the subjects of the Image Area focusing on Cinema and Photography; coordinates the Project of Teaching and Extension Photographic Immersions: imagistic perspectives of the Territory of Sisal, since 2013; coordinates the 7th Cineclube on Tuesday, since 2018; organizes and curates photographic exhibitions and artistic installations since 2009; coordinated the Cine-Mano Extension Project: implementation and management of the collection and cinematographic group at UNEB, between 2010 and 2014; developed the Research Project Identifying Representations of the Region Sisaleira in the Audiovisual Baiano (1960 - 2010), between 2011 and 2017, and guided fellows of Scientific Initiation; coordinated the Collegiate of Social Communication - Radio and TV, between 2016 and 2017; coordinated the Department of Education's Image Area between 2010 and 2013; coordinated the Nucleus of Research and Extension, between 2011 and 2014; was part of the Commission for Recognition of the Social Communication Course - Radio and TV, between 2009 and 2012; presided over the Commission for Renewal of Recognition of the Course of Social Communication - Radio and TV UNEB, between 2017 and 2018. Member of the Research Group The Sound of the Place and the World, UFBA, since 2008. Mainly works in the following subjects: cinema documentary , photography and cultural identity.
