Mauricio Granada Echeverri

Mauricio Granada obtained the titles of Electrical Engineering and MS in Electrical Engineering from the Technological University of Pereira - Colombia (UTP) in 2001 and 2003, respectively, and Ph.D. from the Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Brazil in 2011. He is professor in the School of Electrical Engineering, UTP since 2004 and has experience in techniques of mathematical optimization and metaheuristics applied to the planning and operation of electrical systems and, in general, linear systems and networks.

Mauricio Granada obteve os títulos de Engenheiro Eletricista e Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Tecnológica de Pereira - Colombia (UTP), respectivamente em 2001 e 2003, e de Doctor of Philosophy pela Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Brazil, em 2011. É docente da Faculdade de Engenharia Elétrica da UTP desde 2004. Tem experiência em técnicas de otimização matemática e metaheurísticas aplicadas ao planejamento e operação de sistemas elétricos e, em geral, a redes e sistemas lineares.
