Graduada em Odontologia (2001), pela Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana. Doutora em Odontologia e Saúde pela UFBA (2020), Mestre em Odontologia (2007) e especialista em Estomatologia pela Universidade Federal da Bahia, e especialista em Preceptoria em Saúde pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Atua na área de Estomatologia e Patologia Bucal, com ênfase no diagnóstico, prevenção e tratamento, em âmbito público. Cirurgiã-dentista do corpo efetivo do Hospital Edgard Santos da Universidade Federal da Bahia (HUPES/UFBA).
