Caroline Medeiros Rocha Frasson

Doutora em Direito Econômico e Financeiro, subárea Direito Ambiental, na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo. Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2009), especialização em Direito Ambiental e Gestão de Sustentabilidade pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2012) e mestrado em Direito Constitucional pela Universidade de São Paulo (2013).

Law degree from the Federal University of the State of Pará (2009), followed by an extension course in Environmental Law and Sustainability from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2012). Obtained her Masters degree in Constitutional Law from the University of São Paulo (2013), with the dissertation the Brazilian Supreme Court and the Environment. PhD in Environmental Law, with the thesis: "Environmental Justice".
