Fabiano Rubio Scarano

Has a Master's degree in Literature at the Univerity of Brasilia (1993). Currently is a Chacery Official at the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil. Served as Vice Consul at the Consulate General of Brazil in Asuncion (2008 - 2011) and Consulate General of Brazil in Tokyo (2005 - 2001). Also served at the Brazilian Embassy in Washinton (1999-2005). His areas of expertise are: Brazilian Literature, Teory of Literature, Reading, Interpretation and writing in Portuguese.

Possui mestrado em Literatura pela Universidade de Brasília (1993). Atualmente é Oficial de Chancelaria do Ministério das Relações Exteriores - DF, tendo servido no Consulado-Geral do Brasil em Assunção, como Vice-Cônsul (2008-2011), Consulado-Geral do Brasil em Tóquio, como Vice-Cônsul (2005-2011) e Embaixada do Brasil em Washington (1999 - 2005) . Tem experiência na área de Letras, com ênfase em Literatura Brasileira, Teoria Literária, Interpretação e Produção de Texto.
