Melquisedeque de Salém Vital

Analista de Políticas Públicas e Gestão Governamental do Governo do Distrito Federal em exercício na Secretaria de Estado da Habitação e Desenvolvimento Urbano. Foi professor da Secretaria de Estado da Educação do Distrito Federal entre 2006 e 2018 e pesquisador na empresa The Speech Organ (TSO - empresa de engenharia de software educativo, para o estudo de sinais linguísticos e as relações entre ritmo e aquisição da linguagem). Licenciado em Letras em pela: Faculdades Integradas da União de Ensino Superior Certo (2005). Especialista em educação pela UFT (2013); especialista em Planejamento Econômico e Finanças Públicas para Estados e Municípios pela Universidade de Brasília (2013) e Mestre em Filosofia também pela UNB (2015). Atualmente, é doutorando em Política Social pelo Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas da Universidade de Lisboa.

Public Policy and Government Management Analyst for the Government of the Federal District, working at the State Secretariat for Housing and Urban Development. Acted as a teacher at the State Department of Education of the Federal District between 2006 and 2018, and a researcher at The Speech Organ: (An educational software engineering company, for the study of linguistic signs and the relationship between rhythm and language acquisition). Degree in Letters from Certo - Integrated Faculties of the Union for Superior Teaching (2005). A Specialist in Education from The Federal University of Tocantins (2013); a Specialist in Economic Planning and Public Finance for States and Municipalities from the University of Brasília (2013) and a Master in Philosophy also from UNB (2015). He is currently a doctoral candidate in Social Policy at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lisbon.
