He holds a degree in forestry engineering from the Federal Rural University of the Amazon, a master's degree in family farming and sustainable development from the Postgraduate Program in Amazon Agriculture at the Federal University of Pará. He is currently an environmental analyst at the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio), where he works on the socio-environmental agenda. He has experience in Forest Ecology, Forest Resources, Agroforestry Systems and Family Agriculture, with emphasis on Forest Management. Working mainly with: agroforestry systems, secondary forest, forest management, rural sociology and sustainable rural development.
Possui graduação em engenharia florestal pela Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia, mestre em agriculturas familiares e desenvolvimento sustentável pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Agriculturas Amazônicas da Universidade Federal do Pará. Atualmente, analista ambiental do Instituto Chico Mendes de Conservação da Biodiversidade (ICMBio), em que trabalha com a pauta socioambiental. Tem experiência na área de Ecologia Florestal, Recursos Florestais, Sistemas Agroflorestais e Agricultura Familiar , com ênfase em Manejo Florestal. Atuando principalmente com: sitemas agroflorestais, floresta secundária, manejo florestal, sociologia rural e desenvolvimento rural sustentável.
