Hey, my name is Anielle, but you can call me Ani. I'm 29 years old, a white woman and a student, and I'm from the South of Brazil. I have a degree in systems analysis and development and System Engineering. I have a master's degree in computer science focusing on Diversity in software engineering. I'm a Ph.D student in Computer Science focusing on practices to support innovation and creativity in hybrid software development teams. I love working with people in a culture of collaboration, empathy, Inclusion, Equity, Diversity, Respect, and Social transformation through technology. I've worked as a professor and agile mentor in school and courses, Scrum Master and as a Project Manager of teams and projects. I have experience as a Senior Recruiter for technology positions.
