Juliana Joice Pereira Lima

Agricultural engineer graduated from the Rural Federal University of Pernambuco - Academic Unit of Garanhuns, Master degree in Plant - Seeds by the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA). She is currently a PhD student of Agriculture in the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of Botucatu, working with soybean seeds and the analysis of transcriptome with RNAseq in partnership with Agrocampus Ouest, Université d'Angers - France, under the orientation of Prof. Dr. Olivier Leprince. Has knowledge in the field of physiology, testing, seed production and technology, biotechnology and electrophoresis, bioinformatics basic, transcriptome analysis of RNAseq, PCR, RT-PCRq.

Possui graduação em Agronomia pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco - Unidade Acadêmica de Garanhuns (UFRPE/UAG-2011), com mestrado (2012) em Fitotecnia pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA) e doutorado (2016) em Agricultura- área de concentração Fitotecnia pela Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" (FCA-UNESP) e em Produção Vegetal pelo AGROCAMPUS OUEST (França - 2016). Atualmente é Professora Adjunta I da Universidade Federal do Piauí, Campus Professora Cinobelina Elvas, alocada no colegiado do curso de Engenharia Agronômica, sendo responsável pelas disciplinas de Grandes Culturas (Agricultura I e Agricultura II) e Produção e Tecnologia de Sementes. Tem experiência em fitotecnia com ênfase em: produção de grandes culturas e produção e tecnologia de sementes.
