Postdoctoral fellow at the Mediterranea International Center for Human Rights Research at the Università degli Studi Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria. Doctor in Public Administration and Government (passed with distinction and nominated for the award for best thesis of the year), Master in Law and Development (passed with distinction), and Bachelor of Laws, all from FGV/SP. He works as Inspector at the Jorge Duprat Figueiredo Foundation for Occupational Safety and Medicine (Fundacentro)/Ministry of Labor and University Professor of undergraduate and Masters.He was approved in 1st place for the position of substitute professor at UFMG (2022) and awarded the Social Security Centenary Medal (2022).He won the following awards: Robert Bittar Award (Insurance and Reinsurance Law, 2022). Outstanding Reviewer (Emerald Publishing, 2022). Belmiro Siqueira (2022), "The Best Joint Article of Russian and Foreign Scholars of the BRICS Countries" (BRICS Law Journal, 2019) and the honorable mention awards for excellence in work at the III Colóquio Ítalo-Brasileiro em Direito, V Colóquio Hispano-Brasileiro. in Social Law and II Luso-Brazilian Colloquium on Social Law in 2021.Guest professor at Tyumen State University, guest editor of the Journal of Work Applied Management, and Evaluator for INEP/MEC, CONPEDI and the São Paulo State Board of Education.

Pós-doutorado em Direito e Tecnologia pelo Mediterranea International Centre for Human Rights Research da Università degli Studi Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria. Doutor em Administração Pública e Governo (aprovado com distinção e indicação ao prêmio de melhor tese do ano), com reconhecimento do grau de Doutor pelo DGES/Portugal, Mestre em Direito e Desenvolvimento (aprovado com distinção) e Bacharel em Direito, todos pela FGV/SP. Exerce a função de Corregedor na Fundacentro/Ministério do Trabalho e de Professor Universitário de cursos de graduação e pós-graduação (lato e stricto sensu).Foi aprovado em 1 lugar para o cargo de professor substituto da UFMG (2022) e agraciado com a medalha centenário da previdência social (2022).Venceu os seguintes prêmios: Prêmio Robert Bittar (Direito do Seguro e Resseguro, 2022).
