Graduated in Nursing from the Catholic University of Salvador (2010), PhD student in Nursing and Health from the School of Nursing of the Federal University of Bahia (2023) and Master's Degree in Community Health from the Collective Health Institute of the Federal University of Bahia (2013). He is currently a professor at the State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS). Leader of the Study and Research Group in Management, Evaluation and History in Nursing (GAHE-UEFS). Director of Development of Professional Practices and Work in Nursing of the Brazilian Association of Nursing - Bahia Section (2022-2025). Interest in the following topics: nursing in primary health care, nursing in diseases that affect neglected groups and populations (specifically leprosy and tuberculosis), health surveillance, social inequalities in health, health of vulnerable populations and groups (health of the LGBTQIAP+ population) and work in nursing
Possui graduação em Enfermagem pela Universidade Católica do Salvador (2010). Atualmente é professor da Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana (UEFS). Líder do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Gestão, Avaliação e História em Enfermagem (GAHE-UEFS). Diretor de Desenvolvimento de Práticas Profissional e Trabalho em Enfermagem da Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem - Seção Bahia (2022-2025). Vice Coordenador da Residência Multiprofissional em Urgência e Emergência (UEFS). Interesse nos seguintes temas: enfermagem na atenção primária à saúde, enfermagem nas doenças que acometem grupos e populações negligenciadas (especificamente hanseníase e tuberculose), saúde de populações e grupos vulnerabilizados (saúde da população LGBTQIAP+) e trabalho em enfermagem
