Possui graduação em Medicina pela FACULDADE DE MEDICINA DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE GOIÁS (1986), graduação em CIÊNCIAS BIOLÓGICAS-MODALIDADE MÉDICA pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (1982), mestrado em pela FACULDADE DE MEDICINA DE RIBEIRÃO PRETO DA UNIVERSIDADE DE SÃO PAULO (1996) e doutorado pela FACULDADE DE MEDICINA DE RIBEIRÃO PRETO DA UNIVERSIDADE DE SÃO PAULO (2000). Atualmente é professor assistente da Universidade Federal de Goiás, cirurgia geral da Fundação Hospitalar do Distrito Federal, nível superior - PeleNova Biotecnologia e professor adjunto i da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás. Tem experiência na área de Medicina, com ênfase em Oncologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: membrana corioalantoide, título, synadenium umbellatum, euphorbia tirucalli e cicatrização.

Membership of the Brazilian College of Surgeons, the International Gastric Cancer Association and the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons. Health Secretary of the Municipality of the city of Goiania from January 2017 to December 2020.
