Bacharel em Física pela Universidade de São Paulo.Analista de projetos do IBAMA por 10 anos atuando em Licenciamento Ambiental Federal de empreendimentos do ciclo do combustível nuclear.Assistente técnica plena na Eletronuclear por 6 anos em projetos de significativa relevância no setor nuclear como às ações do grupo permanente de descomissionamento de empreendimentos nucleares, integrante do grupo de seleção de novos sítios para usinas nucleares no Brasil por meio da metodologia EPRI Guideline (Energy Power Research Institute).Analista de Projetos na Paul Rizzo International Inc. em Pittsburgh,USA em projetos internacionais de seleção e caracterização de sítios para novas usinas nucleares e estudo de impacto ambiental na Inglaterra, Turquia e Arábia Saudita.Outras áreas de interesse e atuação são a disposição final de resíduos radioativos de baixo e médio nível, ações para implementação de remediação ambiental no complexo industrial de Poços de Caldas da INB, licenciamento ambiental do Complexo Aramar e da base naval e estaleiro do submarino nuclear brasileiro.Treinamento técnico internacional na ENRESA (Empresa de Resíduos Radioativos) na Espanha em cooperação com Agência Internacional de Energia Atômica - AIEA (2009).Membro do SIPRON - Sistema de Proteção do Programa Nuclear Brasileiro (2001-2009) como representante de Ministério do Meio Ambiente.Consultora técnico na área nuclear do Programa das Nações Unidas - PNUD por 3 anos em Brasília-DF. Experiência na área de Física Nuclear, com ênfase em Licenciamento Nuclear e Ambiental, Dosimetria de Radiação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Política Energética, Regulamentação do Setor Nuclear Nacional e Internacional, Ciclo do Combustível Nuclear, Mineração e Processamento de Urânio, Produção de Elementos de Terras Raras, Enriquecimento de Urânio, Rejeitos Radioativos de Baixa e Média Atividade, Repositório Nacional e Remediação Ambiental.

Nuclear Analyst for 9 years in Location, Security and Environmental and Nuclear Licensing for new nuclear power plants in ELETRONUCLEAR-ELETROBRÁS.He acts in projects of significant relevance in the nuclear and environmental sector, as necessary actions for the decommissioning of nuclear enterprises, member of the group of selection of new sites for nuclear plants in Brazil (Greenfield).Responsible for studies related to site selection for new nuclear power plants, using the EPRI Guideline (Energy Power Research Institute) methodology.The choice of location is fundamental in the nuclear power plant implementation process, therefore, we must understand the methodology and criteria used. The studies for site selection involve seismic assessment, availability and water resources, geological, geomorphological and neotectonic aspects.Other areas of interest and performance are the Final Disposal of Low and Medium Level Radioactive Waste and Environmental Remediation (Uranium Mine).Participated in the environmental licensing of the Aramar Complex and the Naval Base and Shipyard of the Brazilian Nuclear Submarine.Nuclear Technique of ENRESA (Radioactive Waste Company) in Spain in cooperation and promotion by the International Atomic Energy Agency - IAEA (2009-2010).Member of SIPRON - Protection System of the Brazilian Nuclear Program (2001-2009). He has worked for more than 26 years in the Brazilian Nuclear Program.Environmental Analyst of the Brazilian Institute of the Environment - IBAMA was Technical Supervisor elaborating technical opinions referring to environmental impact studies and environmental licensing of all nuclear projects in Brazil in the period from 2001-2009.Technical consultant in the nuclear area of #8203;#8203;the United Nations Program - UNDP for 4 years in Brasilia-DF. He has experience in Nuclear Physics, with emphasis on nuclear environmental licensing, Radiation dosimetry, mainly in the following subjects: Energy Policy, Nuclear Fuel Cycle, Mining and Uranium Processing, Rare Earth Elements, Low and Medium Activity Radioactive Rejects, Nuclear Power Generation, Solid Waste, Environmental and Nuclear Licensing and RegulationExperience in international projects in selection and characterization of sites for new nuclear power plants and Environmental Impact Study in England, Turkey, Saudi Arabia.
