Dennis Gonçalves Novais

Graduated in Nursing from the Faculty of Bico do Papagaio - FABIC (2013), Master's Degree in Public Health in the Tropics from the Federal University of Tocantins - UFT (2020), PhD candidate in the Postgraduate Program in Tropical Medicine and Public Health(PPGMTSP), at the Federal University of Goiás. Professor of the Nursing course at the State University of Tocantins - UNITINS (2014 - current), and professor of the medical course at the State University of the Tocantina Region of Maranhão - UEMASUL (2023 - current). He has experiences as an intensive care nurse at the Hospital Municipal de Imperatriz-HMI (2013-2019), and at the Hospital Macroregional Dra. Ruth Noleto (2019 - 2020). Lecturer in the Lato sensu Graduate course at the Northeast Institute of Higher Education and Graduate Studies - INESPO (2017-2019). Deputy coordinator of the Research Group on Infectious and Neglected Diseases DIN / UNITINS, in the line of research Epidemiology of communicable diseases and epidemiological surveillance, focusing on leprosy, dengue, tuberculosis and visceral leishmaniasis. Member of the Research Ethics Committee (CEP), of the State University of Tocantins - UNITINS.

Docente do curso de Enfermagem da Universidade Estadual do Tocantins - UNITINS (2014 - atual), e docente do curso de medicina da Universidade Estadual da Região Tocantina do Maranhão - UEMASUL (2023 - atual). Tem experiências como enfermeiro intensivista no Hospital Municipal de Imperatriz - HMI (2013 - 2019), e no Hospital Macrorregional Dra. Ruth Noleto (2019 - 2020). Docente no curso de Pós-graduação Lato sensu do Instituto Nordeste de Educação Superior e Pós-graduação - INESPO (2017-2019). Vice-coordenador do Grupo de Pesquisa em Doenças Infecciosas e Negligenciadas DIN / UNITINS, na linha de pesquisa Epidemiologia de doenças transmissíveis e vigilância epidemiológica, com foco em hanseníase, dengue, tuberculose e leishmaniose visceral. Membro do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP), da Universidade Estadual do Tocantins - UNITINS.
