Priscila Keller Pires

Doutora e Mestre em Administração pelo Centro Ciências da Administração e Socioeconômicas da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC). De 2019 a 2020 foi pesquisadora visitante na Nova SBE sob a supervisão do professor Dr. Miguel Pina e Cunha com o projeto: Sociomaterialidade e as lógicas de justificação: uma análise a partir do ecossistema de empreendedorismo social de Lisboa, com o fomento do PDSE/CAPES . Concluiu um ano de Mestrado em Gestão na Universidade de Coimbra (UC); Especialista em Sistemas de Planejamento e Gestão Empresarial pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Atualmente é pesquisadora do projeto Transformações no campo da gestão: inovação social, empreendedorismo social, negócios sociais e educação para a sustentabilidade, coordenado pela Professora Graziela Dias Alperstedt (UDESC). Em 2016 atuou como pesquisadora visitante na Concordia University com bolsa concedida pelo Governo Canadense no Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) pelo projeto: Valores individuais e Comportamento Sustentável de estudantes de Administração. Possui interesse de pesquisa nos seguintes temas: valores morais, comportamento organizacional, sustentabilidade nas organizações, inovação social, negócios de impacto social e paradoxos organizacionais.

PhD and Master in Management from the Center for Administration and Socioeconomic Sciences of the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC). Completed a year of Masters in Management at the University of Coimbra (UC); Specialist in Business Planning and Management Systems from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Currently a researcher on the project Transformations in the field of management: social innovation, social entrepreneurship, social business and education for sustainability, coordinated by Professor Dra. Graziela Dias Alperstedt (UDESC). In 2016, worked as a visiting researcher at Concordia University with a scholarship granted by the Canadian Government in the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) for the project: Individual Values ​​and Sustainable Behavior of Business Administration Students. He has research interests in the following topics: moral values, organizational behaviour, sustainability in organizations, social innovation, social impact businesses and organizational paradoxes.
