Carla Moreira de Sousa Freire atualmente, doutora em Educação pela Universidade Nacional de Rosário (UNR) - Argentina, Mestra em Educação pela UPE - Malága - Espanha, Licenciada em Letras Inglês/Português pelo Centro Universitário de Brasília (CEUB), é professora da Secretaria de Estado e Educação do Distrito Federal (SEEDF), tem experiência na área de Letras, com ênfase em Língua inglesa e Língua portuguesa, e trabalha no Centro Interescolar de línguas do Núcleo Bandeirante e do Riacho Fundo 1, Brasília -DF.
