Doutor em Educação pela Facultad Interamericana de Ciencias Sociales, reconhecido pela Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE; Mestrado em Sociologia - UFPE - Universidade Federal de Pernambuco; Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Gestão de Negócios Internacionais - FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas; Bacharel em Ciências Sociais, com ênfase em Consultoria, Planejamento e Pesquisa Sócio - Econômico - UNIFACS - Universidade Salvador. Atualmente é professor da Faculdade de Petrolina - FACAPE, integra o Grupo de Pesquisa Educação Ambiental Interdisciplinar, reconhecido pelo MEC e registrado no CNPQ, Coordenador do Projeto Escola Verde. Possui experiência nas seguintes áreas: Sociologia Jurídica, Antropologia Jurídica, Teoria Geral do Estado, Sociologia Geral .
