Atualmente, é Professor Adjunto da Universidade Federal do Ceará, Coordenador do Mestrado em Fisioterapia e Funcionalidade, Coordenador da Liga de Fisioterapia Esportiva (LIFE), Vice-coordenador do PAPO-Joelho, Pesquisador do Laboratório de Análise do Movimento Humano, Coordenador do Laboratório de Pilates Clínico, Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa CNPq intitulado Fisioterapia Musculoesquelética: epidemiologia clínica & análise do movimento humano.
Já exerceu as seguintes funções:
Chefe do Departamento de Fisioterapia - UFC (2015/2019), Presidente da SONAFE - Regional Ceará (biênio 2016/2017), Presidente Científico do IX Congresso Brasileiro e VII Congresso Internacional da SONAFE (2019), Editor do PROFISIO-Esportiva SECAD-Editora ARTMED (biênio 2018/2019). SONAFE (Sociedade Nacional de Fisioterapia Esportiva e da Atividade Física).

I am currently Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Ceará, Head of the Masters Program in Physiotherapy and Functioning, Coordinator of the Sports Physiotherapy League (LIFE), Vice-coordinator of PAPO-Joelho, Researcher at the Human Movement Analysis Laboratory, Leader of the Group of CNPq research entitled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy: clinical epidemiology and analysis of human movement.
