Graduado Aviador da Força Aérea (AFA 1986) e Engenheiro Aeronáutico (ITA 1997). Mestre em Ciências na área de Aeroelasticidade (ITA 1999). Exerceu a função de representante da Aeronáutica junto ao MCTIC e a chefia do setor de compensação tecnológica comercial e industrial da COPAC MD.Dispõe de experiência em projetos de engenharia aeronáutica, coordenação industrial, aeroportos, operações aéreas, certificação, investigação de acidentes aeronáuticos e sistemas de controle de tráfego aéreo.
