Has a degree in History from the Fundação Universidade Regional de Blumenau (FURB) and a Masters in History from the Federal University of Paraná - UFPR. Participant of the groups LABEAM - Blumenauense Laboratory of Ancient and Medieval Studies, NEMED - Center for Mediterranean Studies and Insul - Study Group on Britannia, Ireland and the Islands of the Northern Archipelago in Antiquity and Medieval. Is currently doing a PhD in History at the Graduate Program of the Federal University of Paraná - UFPR. Develops research in the areas of Ancient History and Late Antiquity, more specifically on Britannia in the 6th century.

Atualmente faz Doutorado em História no Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal do Paraná - UFPR. Desenvolve pesquisas nas áreas de História Antiga e Antiguidade Tardia, mais especificamente sobre a Britannia no século VI.
