Carlos Eduardo Campos
Prof. Carlos has a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1999) and a Masters in Physical Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2002). He holds a PhD in Sports Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a sandwich period at Northwestern University (Advisor: Eric John Perreault) (2017). He works as Professor and Researcher at the Federal University of Minas Gerais-UEMG / MG / Ibrité / Brazil (current). He has experience in the field of Physical Education and Sports, as a Volleyball Teacher and Coach, working mainly on the following topics: Sports Biomechanics, Behavioral Neurosciences, Motor Learning, Motor Control, Motor Development of Children, Adolescents and the Elderly. He is part of the Study Group on Motor Behavior and Learning-GEDAM, located at the School of Physical Education, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy-UFMG.
Main subjects of study: Motor Learning; Motor control and development, Neuromotor adaptation, Cognitive functions and Aging, Behavioral neuroscience.
