Thiago Fernandes da Silva

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). Master in Civil and Environmental Engineering in the area of Geotechnical concentration from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). Specialist in Design, Execution and Control of Structures and Foundations by the Graduate Institute (IPOG). He is currently a PhD student in Civil and Environmental Engineering in the research line "Environmental Geotechnics and Earthworks" by the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). He worked in the public area as a technical engineering assistant in the Municipality of João Pessoa-PB and as a supervision engineer and executive director of the Department of Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism of the Municipality of Esperança-PB. He worked as Professor of the disciplines "Foundations and Contaiment Structures" and "Building Installations" at UNIFACISA.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (2013) e Mestrado em Engenharia Civil e Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (2017). Atualmente é professor de Magistério Superior da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) e Doutorando do Programa de Pós-graduação em Engenharia Civil e Ambiental da UFCG. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Civil, com ênfase em Geotecnia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Geotecnia Ambiental, Projeto, Operação e Monitoramento de Aterros Sanitários, Comportamento Hidromecânico de Solos Compactados.
