Graduation in Computer Engineering by the Federal University of Espírito Santo (1997), Master in Electrical Engineering by the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2010) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2021). He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Espírito Santo. He has experience in the area of Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Telecommunications Systems, working mainly in the following topics: IP Networks, Intelligent Spaces, IoT Architectures, Service Oriented Architectures, Communication Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing and Network Security.
Possui Graduação em Engenharia da Computação pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (1997), Mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2010) e Doutorado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2021). Atualmente é professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Sistemas de Telecomunicações, atuando principalmente nos temas: Redes IP, Espaços Inteligentes, Arquiteturas IoT, Arquiteturas Orientadas a Serviço, Gerenciamento de Infraestruturas de Comunicação, Computação em Nuvem e Segurança em redes.
