Nílcio Regueira Dias

Master in Territory Planning and Management from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University Center of Fine Arts of São Paulo and post-graduated in Public Management from the Paulista School of Politics, Economics and Business (EPPEN ) at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), a researcher at the Laboratory of Urban and Regional Studies and Projects (LEPUR) at UFABC, with experience in Urban and Regional Planning, with an emphasis on Urban and Regional Planning, working mainly in the following themes: public policies, territorial planning and management, architecture, urbanism and housing.

Mestre em Planejamento e Gestão do Território pela Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC), graduado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pelo Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo e pós-graduado em Gestão Pública Municipal pela Escola Paulista de Política, Economia e Negócios (EPPEN) da Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP). É pesquisador do Laboratório de Estudos e Projetos Urbanos e Regionais (LEPUR) da UFABC. Tem experiência na área de Planejamento Urbano e Regional, com ênfase em Planejamento Urbano e Regional, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: políticas públicas, planejamento e gestão do território, arquitetura, urbanismo e habitação.
