Dayane Valentina Brumatti

Has graduation in Environmental Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (2010) and a master's degree in Agricultural Meteorology, with an emphasis on Hydroclimatology, from the Federal University of Viçosa (2012). Attended the specializations in Work's Security Engineer, at Faculdade Pitágoras (2013), Environmental Education, at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2016) and Environmental Education and Sustainability, at the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo - Campus Ibatiba (2019). Worked as an effective Environmental Engineer at Ibatiba City Hall, between 2012 and 2020, in which the work consisted of preserving the quality of water, air and soil, based on the diagnosis, management, control and recovery of urban environments and rural, with extensive knowledge and performance in: Solid Waste Management, Environmental Licensing, Environmental Education, Area Recovery Projects, among others. Prepared the Municipal Environment Code and was the Coordinator of the Implementation Committee of the Municipal Basic Sanitation Plan - PMSB of Ibatiba; Secretary of the Municipal Council for the Defense of the Environment of Ibatiba - CONDEMAI; Secretary of the Municipal Council for Urban and Rural Development of Ibatiba - COMDUR; President of the Junta de Impugnação Fiscal - JIF and creator of the Feira Verde Ibatiba Project, being instituted by specific municipal law. Concurrent with the role of Environmental Engineer, worked for 2 years as Environmental Inspection Coordinator, working with the municipality.

Possui Graduação em Engenharia Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2010) e Mestrado em Meteorologia Agrícola, com ênfase em Hidroclimatologia, pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2012). Cursou as especializações de Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, na Faculdade Pitágoras (2013), de Educação Ambiental, na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2016) e Educação Ambiental e Sustentabilidade, no Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo - Campus Ibatiba (2019). Atuou como Engenheira Ambiental efetiva na Prefeitura Municipal de Ibatiba, entre os anos de 2012 a 2020, no qual o trabalho consistiu na preservação da qualidade da água, do ar e do solo, a partir do diagnóstico, manejo, controle e recuperação de ambientes urbanos e rurais, com amplo conhecimento e atuação em: Gerenciamento de Resíduos Sólidos, Licenciamento Ambiental, Educação Ambiental, Projetos de Recuperação de Área, entre outros. Trabalhou na elaborou e implementação do Código Municipal de Meio Ambiente, na municipalização do licenciamento ambiental e foi Coordenadora do Comitê de Execução do Plano Municipal de Saneamento Básico - PMSB de Ibatiba; Secretária do Conselho Municipal de Defesa do Meio Ambiente de Ibatiba - CONDEMAI; Secretária do Conselho Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Rural de Ibatiba - COMDUR; Presidente da Junta de Impugnação Fiscal - JIF e idealizadora do Projeto Feira Verde Ibatiba, sendo instituído por lei municipal específica. Concomitante à função de Engenheira Ambiental, exerceu durante 2 anos a função de Coordenadora de Fiscalização Ambiental, na atuação junto ao município.
