Leandro de Matos Coutinho

Graduate at Law from University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (1999), Master degree at Public Law from UNESA (2018), postgraduate at Consumer Law from UNESA and postgraduate at Commercial Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Lawyer at the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) since 2002, having held several executive positions during his career at the Bank, and currently holds the position of advisor of the Legal Departament. Founder and former President of the Compliance Rio Institute, and currently serving as President of the Institutes Deliberative Council. Professor and speaker at national and international events.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (1999), mestrado em Direito Público pela UNESA (2018), especialização em Direito do Consumidor pela Universidade Estácio de Sá (2003) e pós-graduação em Direito Empresarial pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2007). É advogado do Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES) desde 2002, tendo exercido diversos cargos executivos em sua carreira no Banco, e ocupa atualmente a função de assessor da Diretoria Jurídica. É fundador e ex-Presidente do Instituto Compliance Rio, exercendo atualmente a Presidência do Conselho Deliberativo do Instituto. Professor e palestrante em eventos nacionais e internacionais.
