Mestre em Direito Ambiental pela Universidade do Estado do Amazonas - PPGDA/UEA e Mestre em História Social pelo PPGH na Universidade Federal do Amazonas - UFAM. Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade do Estado do Amazonas - UEA. Professor de Direitos Humanos, Direito Internacional Público e Privado, Direito Constitucional e Administrativo. Pesquisador visitante junto a Brock University (Canadá) pelo programa ELAP (2015). Estudos em Direito Internacional, Direito da União Europeia e Direitos Humanos junto a Universidade de Coimbra Portugal nos anos de 2012 e 2013 no quadro dos acordos de Mobilidade Acadêmica Internacional. Membro da Clinica de Direitos Humanos e Direito Ambiental da Universidade do Estado do Amazonas - CDHDA/UEA. Foi membro da Comissão Geral e da Comissão especial de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão para o Desenvolvimento do Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional e do Plano Pedagógico Institucional para anos de 2017 a 2021. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa CNPq Direitos Humanos na Amazônia.

Studied in Social Sciences at the Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM. Member of the Human Rights and Environmental Law Clinic at the State University of Amazonas - CDHDA / UEA. Was an elected member of the UEA University Council (2015). Was a member of the General Committee and the Special Commission for Teaching, Research and Extension for the Development of the Institutional Development Plan and the Institutional Pedagogical Plan for the years 2017 to 2021. Member of the CNPq Human Rights Research Group in the Amazon. Member of the Deliberative Council of the Amazonian League to Combat Hepatitis B and Virals Yura-ná (AM).
