Marina Shinkai Gentil Otto

Marina Shinkai Gentil Otto concluiu a graduação em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade de São Paulo em 2006. Durante a graduação foi integrante do Grupo Florestal Monte Olimpo (GFMO). Possui mestrado pelo Departamento de Ciências Florestais da ESALQ/USP. De 2009 a 2011 foi pesquisadora na Área de Tecnologia Florestal da empresa Veracel Celulose S/A. Possui doutorado pelo Departamento de Fisiologia e Bioquímica de Plantas da ESALQ-USP. Realizou período sanduíche na United States Department of Agriculture, Colorado (EUA). De 2016 a 2017 Atuou como pesquisadora na empresa 4Tree Agroflorestal e co-fundadora da empresa Agroadvance Brasil.Tem experiência na área de fisiologia vegetal, manejo silvicultural e modelagem ecofisiológica.

Marina Shinkai Gentil Otto graduated in Forestry Engineering from the University of São Paulo in 2006. During the undergraduation was a member of the Monte Olimpo Forestry Group (GFMO). She has master's degree by the Forestry Department of ESALQ / USP. From 2009 to 2011 was researcher in the Forestry Technology Area of Veracel Celulose S / A. She has PhD by the Department of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry at ESALQ-USP. She performed Sandwich period at the United States Department of Agriculture, Colorado (USA). From 2016 to 2017 worked as researcher at the Company 4Tree Agroflorestal and currently participates in the program of professional practice by the Forestry Department at ESALQ / USP.She has experience in the area of water relations, stress physiology, ecophysiology of forest species, ecophysiological modeling and silvicultural management.
