Sua trajetória profissional transitou nas três esferas de Poder; no Poder Executivo atuou como Secretária de Negócios Jurídicos de Barueri, no Poder Legislativo atuou na Câmara Federal e na Assembléia Legislativa do Estado de São Paulo,onde além do trabalho direto com os Deputados coordenou na Câmara Federal a execução dos trabalhos de consolidação da legislação ambiental e da legislação trabalhista, na Assembléia Legislativa de São Paulo participou como assessora técnica da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e integrou o Grupo de Trabalho Técnico de Consolidação das Leis da ALESP, atualizando a Constituição do Estado de São Paulo em conformidade aos preceitos da Constituição Federal de 1988, além de auxiliar na consolidação da legislação estadual do idoso e do portador de deficiência. No Poder Judiciário sua experiência é de Advogada. Nos primórdios de sua carreira, quando ainda cursava a faculdade de Direito trabalhou no Ministério Público. A atuação em diversos campos do Direito assegurou uma formação sólida e segurança para empreender em escritório próprio de Advocacia.
