Graduado em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2003/2), Mestre em Engenharia (Hidráulica e Saneamento) pela Universidade de São Paulo (2008) e Doutorando em Engenharia Civil (Recursos Hídricos e Meio Ambiente) no Instituto Alberto Luiz Coimbra de Pós-graduação e Pesquisa em Engenharia (COPPE) da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Membro de vários Conselhos na Federação das Indústrias do Rio Grande do Sul (FIERGS). Lecionou no "MBA Executivo em Administração: Gestão de Incorporações e Construções Imobiliárias", da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV); leciona em outros MBAs na instituição. Professor universitário (entre 2016 e 2019) em cursos de graduação em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental e Arquitetura e Urbanismo. Autor de diversos artigos sobre Engenharia e Infraestrutura, em jornais de grande circulação. Palestrante sobre os temas que aborda nos textos, cenário ESG e Greenbuilding (Construções Sustentáveis). Fundador, Sócio, Diretor e Responsável Técnico (entre 2004 e 2019) pela FBF - ENGENHARIA LTDA., atuando nas áreas de: (1) Construção Civil e Incorporação Imobiliária, nas atividades de projeto e execução de empreendimentos (residenciais e comerciais); (2) Recursos Hídricos, Saneamento e Meio Ambiente, no desenvolvimento de pesquisa e projetos técnicos da área de Infraestrutura (estudos de concepção, planos de saneamento, projetos básicos e executivos) relativos a tratamento de esgoto sanitário e industrial, tratamento de águas de abastecimento, drenagem urbana e gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos. Por duas vezes foi escolhido professor homenageado de graduação.

Founder, Partner, Director and Technical Manager (between 2004 and 2019) at FBF - ENGENHARIA LTDA., working in the areas of: (1) Civil Construction and Real Estate Development, in the design and execution of projects (residential and commercial); (2) Water Resources, Sanitation and Environment, in the development of research and technical projects in the Infrastructure area (conception studies, sanitation plans, basic and executive projects) related to sanitary and industrial sewage treatment, supply water treatment, urban drainage and solid waste management. Twice he was chosen as an honored undergraduate professor.
